The Baal Shem Tov, or Besht —  the founder of Chasidism — 
met the soul of the Messiah during an ascent to heaven. 
The Besht asked him, "When will the Master come?" 
The Messiah answered, "When your wellsprings break forth to the outside!"

Yeshiva shuffle

The "yeshiva shuffle" is the simple side-together-side-together step while moving forward (ever so slightly if the circle is tightly packed). Generally everyone has their hands on the next person's shoulders, or the outside hand is held in front at waist height and the inside hand behind one's back, in order to join hands all the way around (like elephants, trunk to tail).

The Stolner variation adds an extra lilt or lean into the circle on the foot stepping into the circle (i.e. to the left if the circle moves counter-clockwise)—this takes the place of moving the outside foot together with the inside foot. It's so much easier to show than to describe; that's a goal for something to add to the site another day.
